Because there is no disk partition on the new installed HDD and Windows will not show the new HDD in "My Computer". Thus, you must find the Disk Management utility under Windows. Please be careful when using this utility since you can accidentally delete data. We recommend that you read any available documentation on this utility from Microsoft if you are not experienced with creating or changing hard drive partitions.
Based on Intel chipset specification, if you don't use SATA RAID feature that ICH5R/ICH6R provides, or your MB just comes with ICH5/ICH6 chip, the board you have doesn't need to install IAA under Windows XP. The ICH5/ICH6 series chip can work properly with Windows default driver.

This motherboard uses either Marvell’s or Realtek’s LAN PHY, LAN PHY itself does not have any drivers the chipset manufacturer provides the drivers for the Ethernet function, therefore after installing NVIDIA chipset drivers you will see “nForce Networking” under device manager.
